Well, the funny thing is that I'm a stupidly healthy individual - brimming with energy most days and not in any way bloated or overweight.
I'm trying this more for the overall health/environmental impact. And because I seem to have some low-lying base-level aversion to grains, so why not cut them out since that seems to be on my innards agenda.
That said, I like peas. :o)
Also, I figure if I can cut things down to 10% of my former intake, I'm probably in pretty good shape for the long run.
